In detail
The Sports Hub project centres around increasing provision for football at the park. The Sports Hub includes creating two new 3G football pitches, improvements to the existing grass football pitches, and converting the derelict shale pitch to grass pitches.
In addition to the football improvements, the plans include the extension and refurbishment of the current pavilion building, creating a brand new 58-space car park and access road.
These improvements to Sutton Lawn are being made in conjunction with Academy Transformation Trust Further Education.
